Attention Cardinal Cheerleaders

Cheerleaders conditioning will begin Tuesday May 15th and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm at Perio Field.

2012 Registration

Open registration for Football players and Cheerleaders

Saturday April 28th, 2012
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Perio Field - 2910 W. Perio Street, Tampa, FL 33612 (Baseball field)

The Carrollwood Cardinal Youth Football organization is opening their registration to all boys and girls between the ages of 4-14.
The cost is as follows:

Football Players: Flag Football (200.00) Peewee, Super Midget, Midget and Varsity ($225.00)
The costs include for the football player, helmet, shoulder pads, games pants, pads, practice pants, game jersey. Your will need to purchase cleats for the player and practice jersey. The game jersey you keep at the end of the season.
Cheerleaders: Might Mites ($230.00), Peewee, Super Midget, Midget and Varsity ($255.00)
The costs for the cheerleader includes, practice shirt, practice shorts, game uniform and shoes. The girls keep everything but the game uniform.

Players/Cheerleaders Responsibilities

Abide by all rules and regulations governing conduct and play
Attend practice sessions and games on time.

Parent Responsibilities

Abide by all rules of the Cardinal organization and the TBYFL
Bring your child to practice and games and be on time.

I understand and agree that any breach of this agreement will result in suspension or termination of membership of the Cardinal Youth Football Organization. All fees are due by June 1, 2011 and there will be absolutely no refunds after this date. In addition, anyone requesting a refund must do so in writing. There will be a $25.00 administration fee for any refund that may be given.
